Job Description:

Manage and coordinate the maintenance needs of our customer’s truck, trailer and equipment fleets through the scheduling of our qualified mobile technicians. Maintain the technician’s daily schedules, coordinate any parts request, communicate any specific requirements or needs of the customer. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, technicians, and customers, including keeping customers apprised as to company schedule and requested lead-times. Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information. Prepare service invoices.
