Job Description:
As Branch Manager at M.E.S.O. Inc., you’ll be the leader of a fast growing, service driven company with an aggressive growth strategy. You’ll have the opportunity to hire and motivate an amazing team in various roles, from account management, shop management, and service technicians, both in a service center and mobile. You’ll ensure enthusiastic and informed customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining and building a profitable location with your business and management skills, ambition, and competitive spirit.
You will have the direct oversight and responsibility over your team who will manage the technicians’ daily schedules and service calls in the process of maintaining our customer’s fleet needs at the highest level possible.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed and to maintain a safety-first culture. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and customers.
Prepare reports, including profit and loss statements, monthly operating reviews, yearly budgets, and other reports detailing operational status. Manage personnel matters. Work closely with the company’s Safety Director to oversee all safety matters, including audits, safety training, OSHA compliance, DOT regulations, and drug and alcohol testing. Other duties assigned as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Effective leadership, motivational, organizational and communication skills.
- Business development: 2 years (Preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of successful business management experience with profit and loss responsibility at a branch or other individual profit center
- Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
- Strong sales and customer service experience required
- An understanding of business accounting principles and budget preparation
